Stayed three nights in two-person tent. Arrived by train then walked 20 minutes to campsite (although bus available). Weather dry and warm so coastal and inland walks. Visited campsite beach, Martigues. No.30 bus stops outside and costs one euro for any distance, to La Couronne (shops, railway station) and on to Martigues.
Accommodation review
Chose pitch with fridge and barbecue in locked cupboard (which was also used for storage), plus covered picnic table - very useful for us. Toilet block clean. Pizza restaurant on site or for takeaway. Basic shop. Fresh bread collection in morning available. Helpful staff. Bike hire was free, although didn't have time to take advantage. Short walk to beach. No.30 bus stop right outside.
No hand dryer in toilet block. Pitch quite hard and stoney - make sure you have a good sleep mat! Had to borrow hammer for pegs. Would have preferred microwave to barbecue!

Good location
The loud music of the street disco blares almost every night, and we got a loud neighbor who did not follow the campsite's silence rules. We didn't sleep much at nights, which is not the campsite's fault, but it was very unpleasant. The campsite is more suitable for teenagers, not families.

Very good campsite, close to beach, good restaurant, We had dinner several times. The toilets and showers were very clean and staff were very helpful
Although I read a few reviews that said the ground on the pitch surface was hard and I came prepared with strong metal pegs it's a better campsite for motorhomes and caravans although we had a great holiday

Le Camping se situe pas très loin de la plage ce qui est un avantage on a pas besoin de prendre la voiture, les sanitaires sont très propres. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas faire la cuisine il y a un restaurant avec a côté un petit magasin pour se dépanner
Notre emplacement était l après midi en plein soleil et c était très compliqué avec un enfant en bas âge., manque d arbres De plus on n avait aucune vue de l emplacement on était entouré par des grandes haies de cyprès ,on se sentais très isolé par rapport aux autres campeurs. Malgré la proximité de la plage à 200m manque une petite piscine pour les enfants.

Pas assez d 'hombre , j aurai aimé avoir des chaises plutôt qu un banc sous la tonnelle et à cause de la hauteur des haies on a aucune vue .

Großzügige Plätze, ein tolles Restaurant, saubere Sanitäranlagen und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Strand ist sehr schön und auch mit Kind gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

- irgendwie nichts - Stellplätze klein und kaum problemlos mit einem Wohnwagen zu befahren - Zufahrten extrem eng - wird dem heutigen Standard an großen Wohnwagen definitiv nicht gerecht - ohne Mover am WoWa hat man hoffnungslos verloren
das sollten Sie anhand der Bewertung einschätzen können. Wir waren Gast und werden es nie wieder sein.

Den Grill besser im Auge behalten und darauf achten das es nicht zur Toilette mancher Tiere wird und daher eine Nutzung aufgrund des Geruchs einfach eine Zumutung ist.

Sehr gute Lage. Schöner Badestrand und zugleich tolle Umgebung für Spaziergänge. Sehr gepflegt. Sehr ruhig. Croissants und Baguette sowie ein kleiner Laden am Camping. Checkin/Checkout unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Keine Sprachprobleme (Englisch) Aus meiner Sicht ein sehr empgehlenswerter Campingplatz.
Das Restaurant ist für einen Camping nach meiner persöhnlichen Einschätzung etwas zu teuer. Das Essen war für meinen persöhnlichen Geschmack nicht gut. Aber das ist ja eben Geschmacksache.

Stellplatz war sehr gut. Ausreichend Platz für einen Van und ein großes Zelt. Hecken und Bäume spenden Schatten und ermöglichen Privatsphäre. Überdachte Sitzecke, Kühlschrank und Gasgrill war inbegriffen und hat uns positiv überascht.

Die Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es wurde sogar ein Transport zum Bahnhof für uns organisiert. Sehr leckeres Restaurant, der Fisch war sehr gut.
Leider kam der vom Campingplatz beworbene Schnuppertauchkurs nicht zu stande, weil der Tauchlehrer sich trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme nicht zurückgemeldet hat. Hier wäre ein alternatives Angebot sehr schön gewesen.

Schöner Platz, direkt in Starndnähe. Durch hohe Hecken sind die einzelnen Parzellen gut abgetrennt, sind etwas windgeschützt und bieten Privatsphäre. Der Gasgrill war nach eingen Anlaufschwierigkeiten (auch hier Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit) sehr nützlich und praktisch.

Wunderbar ruhiger Campingplatz nahe des Meeres. Die Stellplätze sind sauber und größtenteils schattig. Auch die Sanitärgebäude waren stets geputzt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen der Rezeption helfen bei Fragen und sprechen während der Saison auch englisch und deutsch. Ich würde sofort nochmal Urlaub dort machen.
Eine Anlaufstelle (z.B. Sportplatz) für Jugendliche wäre toll, da gibt es leider außer dem Strand keine Möglichkeiten.

Der Stellplatz hatte viel Schatten und einen Kühlschrank + Barbeque-Grill + Spüle + Sitzgelegenheit. Das war wirklich ein toller Stellplatz und insbesondere bei der Hitze war es schön mit dem großen Kühlschrank und dem Schatten.
