In our own Campervan in shaded area although could have been on solid base as opposed to soil twigs and dodgy electrical Socket which needed review
Maintenance staff didn’t want to look at electrical socket had to use another pitches one whilst it was vacant

The position is good the access is very good and the location to the motorway was good
The gates closing at 10.30 when we went on the river boat and came back and the gates were shut and having to leave car outside and being disabled found it hard to get back to caravan Do think the site could do with a bit of care ie painting especially the bar/ restaurant area and the hedges could do with been trimmed

Regarding the barrier, in fact the latter closes in the evening in order to preserve the rest of our campers (it is possible to leave the vehicle in the car park at the entrance to the campsite). However, it is still possible to return to the campsite on foot. We are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. Since your arrival, a pruning company has intervened at the campsite to proceed with the cutting or felling of the trees that threatened. It would be a pleasure to see you again.

Good camping to stay some days and visit Avignon, Vileneuve.... and/or relax. Excellent reception (always trying to help)
We stayed with relatives, and on the two occasions we stayed, they put us in very separate pitches (even though we asked if it was possible, to be placed in adjoining pitches -there were available-). Maybe they thought we were having a party?

Perfect location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were very clean, swimming pool was fantastic and nice t9 have a seating area outside so we could take the dog and relax as a family. Not all sites have this option of this was fantastic for us.

Good location, camp site well organised and clean. Quiet at night. Was easy to enter Avignon city from the site.
The area and the surrounding was pitch black at night, no lights on the way from the bridge to the camp entry. Also, there was just one entry for the total camp and it was inconvenient to enter with bicycles. Please make a wider entry.

General information
Although the site was set up for families the ameneties are in a hub near the entrance so our pitch situated away from there was very quiet. The toilets and showers were kept very clean. Location was excellent. A short ferry boat ride across river to the city. Reception was very welcoming and helpful. Security was good.
One or two staff members serving at the bar area were a bit rude and it seemed like they couldnt be bothered and didnt really want to be there. The rest were polite and lovely.
