camping ging dag later dicht, dus kan niet echt een mening geven. De receptioniste was heel aardig. Ligging vlakbij de fietsroutes was ideaal. Veel informatie over de omgeving op de camping verkrijgbaar.
Winkeltje was flink aan de prijs en eenvoudig.

Geen water op de plaats. Misschien niet goed geboekt. We kwamen van de Dordogne af waar we op een enorm mooi aangelegde camping gestaan hadden. Dan valt deze camping in het bos wel wat tegen, maar daar kan de camping zelf niets aan doen.

Sommige kampeerders lopen over andermans plaatsen om route tussen eigen plaats en toiletgebouw af te snijden. Komop, we hebben vakantie en dus de tijd. Anders een andere plaats uitzoeken.

Goed overzichtelijke camping. De 3 zwembaden zijn goed voor alle leeftijden. Goede camping voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen en/of als je de kastelen / omgeving wilt bekijken.

Verder is de avond/nachtrust op de camping een genot. De mogelijkheden om kaartjes te kopen en de vele aangeboden fietstochten.
De voorzieningen zoals watertap en mogelijkheden om via korte weg bij de sanitairgebouwen te komen. De watettap staat niet op een openbare plaats zodat je medekampeerders op hun plaats moet storen. Door het ontbreken van paadjes om snel bij de sanitairgebouwen te kunnen komen, lopen andere kampeerders over dedoor jouw gehuurde plaats. Dit wordt als zeer storend ervaren. .

Bij een comfortplaats wordt naast elektriciteit in de meeste gevallen een watertap in de directe omgeving aangeboden.
Ontbreken van duidelijke watettap.

altijd weer fijn om hier terug te komen. Super vriendelijke ontvangst en super vriendelijk personeel overal op de camping. Mooie plaats, schoon sanitair, lekker brood en een heerlijk restaurant. Ook heel leuk dat er nu mooie en afwisselende motorroutes op de site staan.

Het sanitair rook niet fris. Ook waren de handblowers zeer storend (zeker s nachts).

De plek was afgezet met kleine bomen en struiken
Tegenover de ingang van het toilet gebouw. Hier keek je recht in.. Ook veel mensen die over de kampeerplek liepen om naar het toilet gebouw te gaan. Er mistte een pad waar zij overheen konden gaan.

Het was een prima camping, prima zwembad, en prima plekje. Personeel super vriendelijk.
Mini speel tuintjes, op de zwembaden na niet zo veel te doen voor kinderen. En ergens in de nacht stroom Er af op gehele camping. en duurde tot 08.00 dat die weer aan ging. Dat was lastig maar kan altijd gebeuren.

De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk. Alles wordt prima onderhouden en er wordt door iedereen geprobeerd om alles zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Er is een net zwembad, leuke speeltuin en midgetgolf. Er was iedere dag Franstalige/Engelse kidsclub.
Het was jammer dat er veel mensen voor 1 of 2 nachten stonden tussen de lang kampeerders. Misschien kunnen de lang kampeerders meer bij elkaar. Verder viel het eten van het restaurant ons wat tegen.

Aandacht en vriendelijkheid medewerkers vallen op. We hebben een voorkeur voor kleinere campings, maar ondanks dat dit een grotere camping is hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad. Het is toch wel rustig. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om activiteiten te ondernemen, zowel op als buiten de camping.

Ruime schaduwrijke plek met toevallig een watertappunt op de plek. Sanitaire voorzieningen zijn van een zeer goed niveau en worden heel goed onderhouden.

Uw camping heeft een vriendelijke ambiance, een vriendelijke ontvangst, plaatsen met voldoende ruimte, een fijn winkeltje met iedere dag vers brood en een restaurantje. De ligging van de camping is fijn voor een bezoek aan de prachtige Loire streek.
Watertap punten zijn niet aangegeven op het plan van de camping waren ver van onze plaats daarbij moest je daarvoor over de plek van een ander. Campers, caravans en tenten staan door elkaar. Vooral de enorme campers zou ik liever elders zien. Wc’s roken op meerdere momenten van de dag erg onfris en het wc papier buiten het toilet vind ik echt niet fijn. De douches met druk knop die heel zwaar te bedienen is en dan maar 8 tot 10 seconden water geeft was voor mij echt onacceptabel! Het is goed om milieu vriendelijk te zijn en water te willen sparen maar dit was echt oncomfortabel.

De camping is ruim opgezet, grote staanplaatsen. Mooie zwembaden. Genoeg sanitair. Wij waren met de tent, de eerste avond is er noodweer losgebarsten, hagel zo groot als tennisballen. Onze tent overleefde het niet. Ondanks het weer, de ravage op de camping en de schade aan de camping, maar ook alle auto's en caravans, was Laurent zeer begaan met de gasten, wij mochten de nacht in een chalet doorbrengen. Er is de dagen erna met man en macht gewerkt om de camping weer op orde te brengen. Wat een aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam team!!

Je wordt alleen al vrolijk van deze familie , zo klantvriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij hebben heerlijk gefietst , mooie omgeving , op de camping leuk barretje en je kunt ook afhaalmaaltijden halen.
Keuze in camping winkel is zeer beperkt, maar komt wrs omdat het nog voorseizoen was.

Leuke camping met zon en schaduwplekken. Prima zwembad. Heel mooi, nieuw sanitaire gebouw. Fietsroutes en chateau Cheverny per fiets te bereiken.
Op de douche knoppen moet je erg hard drukken om korte tijd water te laten stromen. Een kleinigheid. Wel goed warm water.

Merci les Ardéchois pour votre séjour, vous étiez nos premiers campeurs. Vous êtes malheureusement arrivé avec des conditions météo très difficile et un camping plus qu'humide. C'est pour cela que je vous ai proposé de ne pas monter votre tente et de profiter d'une de nos petites locations, ou de prendre l'un des rares emplacements les moins humides :) Il s'agit d'emplacement destinés au camping cars avec en effet des petits gravillons qui permettent une place bien stabilisée. Merci aussi pour avoir fait l'ouverture de notre restaurant, c'était le premier service de la saison, on a tous besoin de se roder un peut :) Au plaisir de vous revoir

Camping très agréable idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux. La seule remarque que j’aurais à faire c’est de créer un petit chemin pour relier les sanitaires au milieu des emplacements. Sinon vous êtes obligé de faire tout le tour à pied.

Grundsätzlich ist alles auf diesem Campingplatz lobenswert. Wir haben mit dem Rad Touren in die Umgebung gemacht, anschließend im Pool geschwommen und abends im tollen Restaurant gegessen. Das alles bei netter und freundlicher Serviceleistung und sehr sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super accueil, disponibilité, gentillesse et serviabilité. Camping calme, bien aménagé, sanitaires modernes et bien entretenus.
Envisager d’installer plus de points d’eau et éventuellement prévoir des emplacements avec arrivée d’eau et évacuation. Le prix demandé serait alors mieux justifié en comparaison avec d’autres campings.

Camping agréable et calme les propriétaires sont très gentils et de bon conseils. Un reproche au niveau des bornes d'eau qui sont rares pour un 4 etoiles pour les emplacements nus et pas facile d'accès car ils ne sont pas dans les allées. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable avec du personnel accueillant . Le camping est bien placé et à taille familiale . Quelques améliorations seraient à faire dans les sanitaires . d'une part rajout d'une tablette dans la douche pour poser le shampooing ou le gel douche et un petit miroir plus haut dans avec les lavabos pour les personnes comme moi qui font 1.90 m.

Heerlijk in de omgeving kunnen fietsen, alleen bij terugkomst op de camping was het altijd erg druk. Maar dat krijg je helaas met het hoogseizoen.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté des sanitaires, le calme, la boutique pour dépanner et commander du pain, les piscines + ping-pong + volley + mini-golf, et la démarche écologique
il manque des chemins et raccourcis entre les emplacements pour faciliter la circulation piétonne et accéder rapidement aux sanitaires. On se sent un peu les uns sur les autres (haies trop clairsemées entre les emplacements)

L'accueil est irréprochable et très sympathique.
Emplacements ne permettent pas d'être un minimum isolé des autres campeurs. Et l'état irréprochable des sanitaires vanté dans bons nombres de commentaires n'était pas rdv, en cause peut-être le fait qu'on y était en période de haute fréquentation. Dommage c'est un des critères qui nous avait fait choisir ce camping.

Frédéric, Aymeric, Céline et Mélissa sont présents 8 heures par jour dans leurs sanitaires et interviennent 4 fois : Leurs horaires sont aussi affichés. Les avis et commentaires servent à informer et partager une expérience. Votre affirmation ne reflète pas la réalité du travail de nos équipes, et elle est particulièrement injuste pour le travail dur et attentionné de nos collaborateurs.

Les emplacements sont bien ombragés, spacieux et très propres, nous sommes accueillis avec gentillesse et bonne humeur. Le cadre du camping est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme qui y règne le soir et la nuit.
Il y avait énormément de monde et les sanitaires n'étaient à ce titre pas toujours très propres. Mais nous savons que ce n'est pas la norme car nous sommes venus plusieurs fois auparavant et n'avions pas remarqué ce problème. Une raclette serait appréciable dans la nurserie.

Het team is behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. De kampeerplekken zijn royaal. Meer dan voldoende douches en toiletten. Zwembad om lekker af te koelen
Het water om af te wassen zou wat warmer mogen, aan de andere kant.... Nu kunnen de kinderen mooi afwassen zonder dat ze klagen dat het te heet is.

Ruime plekken
Er is mogelijkheid tot water pakken in buurt van tent, echter wordt het ook gebruikt door sommige om hun spullen om te spoelen of tanden te poetsen terwijl er dus geen put is. Maar ligt meer aan de andere gasten, zelf nadenken is ook een optie.

Repos pouvant être géner par les climatisations de deux emplacments voisins. Caravane et camping car. Heureusement ils ont bien voulu la stopper. je pense que cela ne devrais pas etre autoriser car vraiment tres bruyant pour les voisins. En camping, ce n'est pas les bruits que je souhaite entendre. Bien sur cela n'est pas la faute du camping en lui même.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, la convivialité, le calme, l'état d'esprit des campeurs.
Etant donné le taux d'occupation du camping, on ne peut pas dire que les sanitaires aient véritablement manqué d'hygiène. Un nettoyage plus en profondeur aurait simplement été apprécié.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour, nous avons profité des piscines, les enfants ont aimé les aires de jeux. Kous avons apprécié la propreté du camping et des sanitaires.Le camping est bien situé dans la région, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement un peu juste niveau superficie. Les enfants n'ont pas trouvé les animations proposées à leurs gouts.

Grands emplacements et relativement ombragés. L'accueil était très agréable et globalement dans la région des personnes plutôt accueillantes. Le restaurant sur place est un vrai plus agréable avec d'excellents produits. Malgré le monde en pleine haute saison la piscine et les sanitaires restaient bien entretenues.
Le camp en tentes fixes "Estivants" dont on ne sait rien, juste à côté façon colonie de vacances pour parents isolés... Le tri des déchets n'est pas très cohérent ni respecté par la plupart des usagers.

This was our second stay here and again we really enjoyed the balance between the ease of access to the chateaux of the Loire and the freindly, helpful and comprehensive facilities at the site. The meal at the on site restaurant was great, accompanied by an amazing salad, the pool was warm and not too crowded, the facilities were clean and very well maintained. The staff were always very helpful, especially about ordering our croissants for the morning. We'll definitely return again.

C’etait une tres belle endroit pres du Cheverny. Les toilettes et douches etaient tres propres. C’etait une belle complexe pour des jeunes enfants.
Il n’y avait pas d’ombre sur nitre emplacement ou autours de piscine. On ne pouvait pas nager dans la piscine- trop de jeunes qui sautaient dedans. Pour nous aussi Le bar etait plustot comme un cafe avec des chaises en plastique et n’etait pas tres agreable. Je dois dire que a mon avis c’est un camping pour les familles avec enfants et pas pour nous avec des adolescents.

Pas de chaises-longues ni de parasols au bord de la piscine. Suggestion : augmenter les chaises et les tables mis à disposition des campeurs qui viennent acheter une consommation (en dehors de l’espace réservé aux personnes qui ont réservé leurs repas).

L’environnement boisé, même s'il s'agit de jeunes arbres au feuillage peu dense et offrant peu d'ombre.
Emplacement un peu trop petit avec un manque de brise-vue végétaux ou autres, de type claustras (impression d'être les uns sur les autres avec des vis à vis importants et un certain manque d'intimité).

Merci Eric pour votre séjour chez nous. Vous n'avez malheureusement pas du lire l'information à l'entrée de la piscine indiquant que tout nos transats ( et bien d'autres choses) ont été entièrement détruits lors du violent orage de grêle que nous avons subit le 19 juin! Nous les avons commandés aussitôt, et reçus seulement le 29 juillet. Quand à notre terrasse elle est dimensionnée pour que chacun puisse être servi comme il faut et avec attention. Il y a en effet du vis à vis sur le camping, mais c'est aussi cela le camping lorsqu'il est complet.

Camping agréable, avec un accueil et une écoute irréprochable. Découverte des châteaux ( Cheverny , Chambord, Blois ) par les pistes cyclable. De très belles randonnées à vélo les vignobles à découvrir et de magnifique forêts.
Peut être un peu plus d'intimité entre chaque emplacement .Des haies un peu plus garnies.

Nous y avons passé un bon moment et nous y retournerons certainement. Accueil très sympathique, sanitaires propres et un un endroit calme et reposant. Proche du château de Chambord et à 1,5km du château de Cheverny.
Petit bémol, les bornes d’électricité sont trop espacées. Toutefois les propriétaires ont immédiatement trouvé une solution.

Familial et premium : une vrai ambiance de camping comme on l'attend avec de l'entre aide et de la bonne humeur accompagnée de superbes prestations (piscine, mini golf, air de jeux, bar restaurant, parcours santé bien être ...) Localisation : proche de beaucoup de sites touristiques accessible en vélo ou en voiture. Grande surface a 5 min en voiture pour les course et boutique au camping

Entre la réservation l'arrivée au camping aucun faux pas. Les employés comme les gérants sont très serviables toujours le sourire et de bonne humeur. Tous vous disent bonjour et un petit mot gentil. C'est mon 2ème séjour chez eux. Nous retournerons chez eux car franchement c'est très agréable de voir et d'avoir des personnes qui pour elles, vous n'êtes pas qu'un numéro sur un emplacement.. Rien à voir avec l'hébergement, mais je ne trouve pas d'autre endroit pour signaler ceci : il me semble que sur le site internet du camping, que j'ai visité avant notre départ, les tarifs pourraient être mieux indiqués. D'abord je ne les trouvais pas. puis je me suis rendu compte qu'il fallait faire une réservation (ou une simulation de réservation) pour connaître le tarif. Ceci peut freiner certaines personnes, qui ne souhaitent pas nécessairement réserver, et donc, ne trouvant pas les tarifs, abandonnent et cherchent un autre camping.

Le point de collecte et de tri est à l'entrée du camping et il n'est pas concevable de mettre un autre point de collecte. les camions de ramassage sont très grand, je vous laisse imaginer les conséquences pour votre confort si ils devaient rentrer sur le camping.

Le camping est paisible et verdoyant. Il fait bon vivre au camping Les Saules avec de vrais campeurs. La convivialité règne, les emplacements sont suffisamment grands et les sanitaires propres. Le personnel du camping est accueillant et simple, comme on aime. Nous n'avons vraiment rien à dire de négatif. Notre seul regret : notre séjour qui n'a duré que 2 jours. Nous reviendrons, ça c'est sûr !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au camping les Saules qui a commencé par un accueil chaleureux de Laurent. Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la décoration des sanitaires, la température des douches, les sèche-cheveux à disposition, la possibilité d'utiliser un congélateur partagé, le calme, l'emplacement plat, la piscine couverte. Mes ados on adoré les parcs de jeux, jouer au ping ping et au mini golf ! Merci à vous et à bientôt

L'endroit est magnifique, places ombragées, emplacements biens dimensionnés et à plat. Nous serions bien encore restés quelques jours, mais nous reviendrons.
Pour la vidange de la cassette WC, la douchette n'est pas pratique, il faudrait un simple tuyau.

Deuxième séjour au camping "Les Saules". Accueil très sympa dans un camping au rapport prix / prestations irréprochable. De grands emplacements suffisamment délimités, des sanitaires toujours très propres, une piscine couverte qui l'est tout autant...Service supplémentaire : possibilité de louer un véhicule à un tarif très attractif permettant d'abandonner le camping car et les vélos pour visiter plus largement la région qui en vaut évidemment la peine.... Que dire sinon...jamais deux sans trois..! Et surtout un grand merci pour la qualité de cet établissement.

Everyone is very friendly and speaks English (or tries to).
Points of attention as far as we are concerned: hot water for dishwashing could be hotter. And we thing it's nice to have toilet paper available, but often you take too much from the central point, as you do not know in advance how much you need.

The friendly nature of the people who run the establishments especially in the restaurants and vineyards we visited. My French is limited. However we were overwhelmed by the welcome we received when at least you try to converse. We loved every second of our stay. The shop was very expensive. Use the supermarket a few kilometres away.
Why isn't there any compassion for others any more. There were just a few families who didn't care about the noise they made. Slamming car doors before 7am. Loud radios etc. Thankfully these only stayed one or two nights. Then there are those who let their dogs bark continually or leave them tethered whilst they go for a swim. The majority of dog owners were good. I'm a dog lover.

It's a caravan pitch. Plenty of room. Enough for a caravan, awning, car and another tent.
Cars parking close to the edge of the pitch between road and plot. Makes it very tight to manoeuvre your caravan out.

All facilities, including take-away and swimming pool open right at the end of the season. Cleanliness of facilities superb, and regular cleaning even done on the morning that the site closed for the winter. Pitches large and level, with electricity and numerous taps. If only the site were closer to home, we would visit come more frequently

A delightful site that is very well run with particular emphasis on the environment. Nice facilities for dog walking on the adjacent field and nature walk. Probably the cleanest swimming pool I have visited for many years. A credit to their maintenance.

Our third time at this campsite. The pitches are a good size, defined by trees and bushes. Lots of trees throughout the campsite provide shade. We appreciated the cleanliness. The warm, clean swimming pool was almost deserted, probably because we went during school term-time. The camp shop was handy and the staff were helpful.
A defined walkway to the toilet block would have saved the need to walk across other pitches. The camp restaurant menu was very limited for a vegetarian. More water taps would be useful.

Our 6th year at Les Saules...as always just perfect...Isabelle & Laurent so welcoming, the site pool, pitches and facilities just top class. Always one of the highlights of the year, one of the very best campsites in France.
A package holiday company has taken over a few rows of the campsite- this is fine as it is, but it would be a shame if this continues to extend within the campsite as the style/ambience/peaceful nature of the site may change as a result. Not a problem just an observation!

The site was great; the kids loved the pool, the restaurant and shop were great, and the showers and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.
The pitch was a little on the small side, for a family tent.

We had a great stay at Les Saules, the staff were very helpful and the site was great with a great bar/restaurant and all the ammenaties you could need!
The division between each pitch was minimal, some more hedges would be nice but these will take time to establish so perhaps this is a long term goal?

Stayed 4 nights .. A perfect site to use as a base for visiting the Loire. A pleasant walk from Cheverny to visit the Chateau. We rented bikes to explore some of the well signposted cycle toutes. Had a day kayaking the Loire from Blois. The facilities are spotless and reception very welcoming.

The owner is very welcoming and speaks excellent English. There is a mown walk through a wild area where we saw many wild orchids in early May. From the campsite there is direct access to the Chateaux à vélo cycle network offering many different bike rides. You can use this network to cycle into Cour Cheverny where there are excellent small shops. This is a peaceful and well kept campsite, especially good for cyclists.

We received a friendly welcome from the Manager Lawrence and chose our own pitch which was spacious and gave us a mix of sunshine & shade. The pools were excellent and kept very clean, as were the toilets and showers. We cycled routes 4 & 5 and visited the lovely Chateau Cheverny during our visit. We would recommend taking food and water on walking/cycling excursions as Restaurants/cafes were scarce/closed in this area in mid May.

Rezeption und alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Als Zwischenstation auf dem Weg ans Meer war der Platz perfekt.
Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten wäre verbesserungswürdig. Wenn so viele Menschen auf den Platz sind (Hochsaison), dann müssten die Toiletten öfter gereinigt bzw gecheckt werden.

Bedankt voor uw verblijf bij ons. Uw commentaar en mening over de netheid van onze toiletten is zeer strikt met onze teams. Natuurlijk houden we rekening met uw mening, maar sta mij toe u de realiteit te presenteren van een camping die plaats biedt aan 600 personen. Je moet je het dagelijkse leven van Fréderic, Céline, Melissa en Aymeric niet voorstellen. Vindt u dat er niet vaak genoeg wordt schoongemaakt, of misschien slecht wordt gedaan? Onze teams grijpen 4 keer per dag in en werken 8 uur lang met zorg en aandacht. We hebben ook de uren van interventie gepost bij twijfel... Netheid en hygiëne zijn ook ieders verantwoordelijkheid. De realiteit van onze teams is heel anders dan je misschien denkt. Hoeveel kampeerders komen onze toiletten binnen met vuile schoenen, hoeveel kampeerders laten hun kinderen zonder toezicht achter en laten het aan mijn personeel over om regelmatig kleine ongelukjes op te ruimen. Hoeveel kampeerders moeten de handleiding voor borstels zijn kwijtgeraakt, of vergeten het toilet door te spoelen! Hoeveel kampeerders denken dat de noedels en tomatensaus die ze in de gootsteen hebben achtergelaten... het maakt niet uit. Gelukkig hebben de meeste van onze families de campinggeest behouden, maar niet allemaal. Dit is het dagelijkse leven van onze teams, die zich 8 uur per dag inzetten om u een fijne vakantie te bezorgen. Dus ja, we vinden uw oordeel hard. Kun je het beter voor ze doen?

Das Sanitärgebäude ist schon etwas älter und die Sanitäranlagen sind renovierungsbedürftig.

Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr gute Sanitäre Anlagen, große Parzelle, Swimming Pool, günstiger/fairer Preis, ein einfacher aber sehr guter Campingplatz und die Region von diesem Platz aus zu bereisen. Sehr gut gelegen.
Bleibt so gut und haltet das Niveau, das wäre in der heutigen Zeit schon eine Verbesserung ;-)
